Q.  When will construction of initial hangar units be completed?

A. Occupancy is now available.

Q. What type of building was constructed ?

A. Erect-A-Tube N-54 has been selected as the model in Phase 1. Each unit is 33’ deep, with a 42’ bi-fold door with automatic door latches. Full foundation insulation and roof insulation are included. Doors contain translucent panels for improved daytime lighting. Photocell activated outside lighting enhance security.

Q. What options are available in each hangar?

A. Options include heat, phone and internet access when available, 60 amp sub-panel and winch.

Q. Can hangars be shared or subleased?

A. Yes, provided that all requirements of the Lease are made part of any sublease agreement.

Q. I have an aircraft that requires a larger door than 42’. What can East Coast Hangars offer me?

A. Contact us. We have development space to accommodate rectangular hangars with up to a 60’ wide door.

Q. What can you offer corporations that use small and medium sized jets?

A. We have space secured for the construction of corporate hangars, with or without a private driveway. Aircraft as large as C-II aircraft can be accommodated.
