LEASING INFORMATION

The land lease with the City of Concord is for an initial term of 25 years with options extending to 60 years.  We are currently planning five t-hangar buildings of 10 units each, plus group hangars and corporate hangars.

The building includes seven standard size units of approximately 1134 square feet, two units of approximately 1260 square feet, and one unit of approximately 1575 square feet.
